Dear Student Help Desk,
please resend Textbook for course C04V Introduction to Psychology. On 7 June I became an email notifying me that on 6 June my Textbook has been shipped. Due to the fact that I live in Europe, and my Textbooks are sent with international shipping, I usually have to wait 10 to 14 days before my Textbooks arrive. Now 35 days have gone by and I´m still waiting? The bottom line is: book is lost please send me a new one. I called the support team on Thursday of last week and they consulted me to wait one more week, that I have done and would really appreciate it if a new book could be sent. Thank you so very much for your time and effort.

Wrong grade for SP180 Exam 2
Hi there,
I just took Exam 2 for this course and it says I got 85%, but I actually got 18 out of 20 correct which would be 90%. Can I have this fixed to reflect the correct grade, please?

The other day I was called a highschool dropout who's only way she could possibly get her diploma would be to do online school. In reference to the person who said that, she got her GED at 16 because she was expelled from school BUT I was curious as to if anyone had that problem when transferring to online school? Do people regard you as a highschool dropout?

Earning two degrees
So after High School most of you know that I'll be attending FHSU to earn a bachelors in Criminal Justice to work as a Probation Officer. Well I just reserved my spot for also earning an associates degree in Business while earning my bachelors. After earning my bachelors I'll be working and going into graduate school for my masters. However, I wanted to earn a associates in Business so that I could own and operate a at home business part time and hire a few family members to work for me. I like to be kept busy and I understand it will be hard but I don't mind hard work. I wanted to know if anyone has plans on earning two degrees at once or if anyone knows someone who has? I understand a degree isn't needed to have your own business, but since I have no experience the degree will make up for it. It also will help me learn good tools to use and how to become a successful business owner. My business idea was to have my own candle making company with a few tweaks to make my candles original and top selling. I would share my tweak ideas but I can't due to the risk of someone else using them before i am able to actually use them. But they will certainly stand out from all the other companies

Semster exam
I would like to know what answers I gor wrong on the the semster exam for biology. this was my second attempt. I though I has done much better on it. Does this mean that i will be dropped from the school because I failed one semster test? Can you tell how many I got wrong Thank you fro your help. System crash while taking an exam.
Help!!! I started taking an exam late last week and after only answering the first two questions the system crashed and locked up the exam. Unsure if there was some site maintainence going on, I decided to try again at a later time to take the exam. I'm seeing it was graded a 5, apparently I got one of the first two wrong. I need the opportunity to retake this exam to be able to complete it. I understand failing an exam the highest score that can be obtained is a 60 but I never got to even finish taking the exam in the first place.
