Life Experience Exams

Hi. I was given 10 exams to complete and return with my proctor but I'm still being told they haven't been received months later. Now i'm back as a active student and can't get credit for these and am stuck taken classes in which i've already taken the exam for. Do I have to repay for the exams and retake them or is that acceptable? ( I can remain in this current course while retaking the exams if possible so I won't have to take the next courses which was the exams) Please let me know immediately so I can finish asap with the help of these exams,lol
