Growing up with a mom that stayed home with us, and then working in a daycare, I saw a big difference in the kids that stayed
home with mom, and the ones that went to daycare. I don't know if it was the lack of attention from the parents, the daycare not
being able to punish the same as a parent, or the child being around other children, but there was a definite difference. When speaking
to teachers, they say behavior and disrespect is becoming so out of hand that they are not even sure if they want to continue teaching.
With the economy, single parent homes, and teens having children, it certainly is not like the good old days. How can we as parents,
work, send our children to daycare, but make sure they do not become another statistic? Your thoughts...
