assignment grade despute

good day,

                 i have a concern and would like to have this sovled at the soonest possible time .It concerns my grade for the assignment 06 for P180 principles of public speaking. PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE FEEDBACK OR AN ANSWER AS TO WHY I GOT A  O% AND HAS BROUGHT MY AVERAGE DOWN TO A   (C). PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME FOR THIS RESULT.
