Electronic bore cleaners

Hiya:

Has anyone ever use or make an electronic bore cleaner? After having cleaned my old Mosin Nagant in the usual way, I did to see if electronic bore cleaning could remove more. It made the barel of an old Mosin Nagant look new. Also improved accuracy. My question is: Is there any danger to the bore if done too often?
