A New Jersey woman is suing a little league baseball catcher, after she was struck in the head during a practice game. Elizabeth Lloyd is suing, 11 year old, Matthew Migliaccio for $150,000 in damages. Lloyd states that she was hit the head with the baseball that Migliaccio threw at a practice game. Although the field was fenced in, the ball was accidentally thrown over the field where Lloyd sat. Lloyd stated that "engaging in inappropriate physical and/or sporting activity" near her, which resulted in the injury. Lloyd is also suing for additional pain and suffering.
