I just completed the exam for Introduction to Health Insurance & Managed Care which is from shipment number 3. I am enjoying the course and doing well so far. I had to really slow down the pace since I need to read things over and over. I am just curious to know if anyone knows if it is possible to obtain a job once the course is completed ? It seems that employers want experience workers. Maybe, I am getting discouraged, but I don't want to throw my money away either. I live in Ohio ( Youngstown) and I don't see any jobs that say entry level.
