Hi Everybody,

I just completed the Lesson 11 exam, and I stumbled upon two questions, that I thought were right, but I did get wrong.

I found them kind of misleading, and I am just wondering if anybody who has reached this lesson yet, found the same thing.

Exam Question #10:

An important but often overlooked service with combination drugs that a pharmacy technician can perform is to:

--- Apparently the correct answer is A ; check to make sure that the patient receives no more than 4g of aspirin or acet per day.

Is it just me, or does this seem like a responsibility of the Pharmacist, not the Technician?

Exam Question #13:

When prescribing sertraline (Zoloft) to treat depression or OCD, the label should read that:

-- The correct answer is C ; it must be taken once daily and may cause drowsiness.

Yes, it is taken once daily, however, I work in a pharmacy, and the main auxillary label that prints when dispensing this drug is to avoid alcohol

comsumption when taking this drug because alcohol reduces its effect. It seems like two answers could have been correct for this question.

Thoughts?

Ashley
